Overview

This year’s meeting has been designed to maximize your time with meeting attendees. The exhibits will be set up around the perimeter of the meeting room – space will be adequate to accommodate medium-size floor displays. All exhibit spaces include one 6-foot draped table and two chairs. Pipe and drape are not used.

Complimentary Internet access is provided for all exhibitors.

The exhibitor registration fee is $1000 and is due by February 22, 2024. The exhibit fee includes registration for two representatives. Additional representatives are $100.00.

Exhibitors will be notified of confirmed exhibit space by February 23, 2024. Exhibit space is assigned on a first-paid basis.
silent auction will be held during the meeting to support student attendance at the Annual Meeting. If you wish to contribute an item for this auction, indicate this on the registration form.

All exhibitors are welcome to attend any educational session.

Shipping & Receiving

Due to limitations in secured storage space, the Hotel will only accept packages as follows:

Boxes/packages may be sent for arrival a maximum of 48 hours prior to group arrival and will be marked with the responsible party’s name, Group name, plus “Hold for Arrival Date of Saturday, March 2, 2024”. 

There will be a handling charge as follows:

 

Boxes up to 36″ x 24″ x 24″$10.00 per box
Larger boxes/display cases$15.00 per box
Pallets$100.00 per box
